END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Planet Venture Expeditions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access and use of software, applications, services, and related content (collectively, the “Services”), specifically in the field of Tourism Consultancy provided through planetven.com.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
- LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Planet Venture Expeditions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal and/or commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
- RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without prior written consent.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices within the Services.
- OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all intellectual property rights therein remain the sole property of Planet Venture Expeditions. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
- UPDATES & CHANGES
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
- TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and delete any related software.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Venture Expeditions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws at Dubai in the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai in the UAE.
